AP Partners is a private limited company owned and registered in Ireland. This Privacy Notice outlines the information we may collect about you, how we process it and your rights in relation to how we hold and use this information.

How Do We Obtain Your Data?
There are Two Ways We Obtain your Data: from you directly, where you have made contact with us in relation to products and services offered by our company, for example through our website; the other way is from your company, when we have agreed a contract with them to provide services to them.

Our Legal Bases For Holding Your Data
1. In Performance of Our Contract with Your Company
Where we have a contract to provide services to your company, we will obtain your personal data directly from your company. We will hold your personal data obtained in this way solely for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations and will delete it upon completion of our contract with your company.

2. In Our Legitimate Interest
We may need to retain your contact details for internal purposes such as accounting; in support of company/client relationships and to implement client-loyalty and win-back strategies.

3. Where You have Given Your Consent
We may ask you if we may retain your contact details in order to keep in touch with you about our products and services via our Newsletter. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe button at the end of the Newsletter.

Sharing Your Personal Data
Apart from the exceptional circumstances referred to below, your data will never be shared with third parties unless there is a legal obligation on us to do so.

Under certain limited circumstances, we may share your data with a trusted third party where this is expressly provided for under the terms of the contract with your company, for example, 360 analysis and feedback. Where this third party operates outside the EU we will ensure that the transfer of your data is managed in accordance with applicable data protection law.

How Long Will We Keep Your Personal Data?
We will retain your data for no longer than is necessary for the purpose it was acquired. If we obtained it from your company in the context of a project, we will delete it upon completion of that project.

If you gave your consent to us to hold your contact details, we will invite you to review this consent on an annual basis, on the anniversary date on which you were first entered into our database.

Your privacy is important to us. We are also committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard your data.

Your Rights in Relation to your Personal Data
You have several rights in relation to your personal data. These include:
1. The right to know that your personal data is being held and/or processed and to receive a copy of this data;
