The programmes involves steps of discovery, followed by in-depth learning supported by personalised training exercises.
We develop a training culture which allows managers who wish it to develop their own training programmes.
Finally, in response to growing demand, we are organising intercompany training programmes to facilitate the exchange of practices and cultures.
